School App


Our main line of communication with our parents/carers is via our school app, MyED.

MyEd is a free parent app which will provide you with a multitude of communication and information features to stay in touch with what is going on at school. The app provides direct access to information such as your child's attendance record, school timetable, achievements, behaviour, reports and much more.

We will send you messages directly to the MyEd App relating to important information about your child's education and to remind you when key events are taking place at school. You will receive a notification if we send you a message.

The MyEd App is available for both iOS and Android devices and can be found on either the App Store or on Google Play by searching for MyEd.

Once you have installed and opened MyEd, search for The English Martyrs Catholic School and Sixth Form College and follow the simple instructions to identify yourself.

The new App relies heavily on your information being correct in our school system.

If you can't access the My Student section, then something is wrong and you won't receive any messages.

Parents of Year 6 Transitioning to EMS

The app is a vital part of communication between school and parents so at least one person of each household needs to have it.

You are welcome to download the app and get setup now and your child(ren) will appear when they officially start in September.  In the initial stage is can sometimes take a day or two for all the syncs to be done.

If you already have a child at EMS, you don't need to do anything - your child(ren) in Year 6 will be added automatically when they officially start in September.

If you children don't show up, please drop Mr Hope an email and he will get you up and running in no time. shope@ems.bhcet.org.uk
