On Wednesday 17th July we held the final House event of the year – Sports Day. The final chance to grab house points. For once we were blessed with some sunshine so all of the events could run and what’s more – be held outside!
Everyone worked really hard for their houses and the overall results for sports day 2019 is as follows:
1st John Ingram / 2nd Thomas More / 3rd Anne Line /4th Margaret Clitherow / 5th John Boste
It would seem that John Ingram must have wealth of athletes in their house; Following the result from Sports Day – they win the overall House Sports Trophy for 2018-19 capping off a hat-trick of consecutive wins.
We’de like to thank Mr Carless and Miss Malcolmson for popping up onto the field in their free time to help Mr Hope capture photos of the day.
