In January, the Childhood Immunisation Team will be in school to administer Flu vaccination to students in year groups 7, 8 and 9. Please see the following letter which requires your action to consent.
Dear Parent/Guardian,
The flu vaccine offer has been extended to cover young people in years 7, 8 and 9 this year. Nasal flu vaccination is delivered in school. There are some occasions where an injection is the most appropriate route for vaccination for some children. The consent form that the link below takes you to is for Nasal Flu, if you select NO, you will be asked a series of questions to establish if your child is eligible for an injection.
