Give consent by 4/3/26 to protect your child against preventable diseases
Your child is now due their Tetanus, Diphtheria & Polio (Td/IPV) – also known as the 3-in-1 teenage booster and Meningitis ACWY Immunisations. This will take place in school on 11/3/26.
Meningitis can be dangerous for teenagers, and it spreads very quickly.
The 3-in1 booster vaccine protects your child from Tetanus. Diphtheria and Polio. It adds to the protection they received as a baby. Without it they might not stay protected from these diseases for life.
Please give or refuse your consent by 4/3/26 using this link
