Day One
Students have embarked on a wonderful trip to Rome with our RE Department, beginning what promises to be an unforgettable experience.
After an early flight, the group wasted no time in exploring the rich history of the Eternal City with a visit to the iconic Colosseum, one of Rome's most famous landmarks. Following a day of travel and sightseeing, students enjoyed a delicious evening meal together in a traditional Italian taverna, soaking up the atmosphere of their new surroundings.
We look forward to following their adventures and hearing more about their experiences in the days ahead. Stay tuned for further updates from Rome!

Day Two
Students have enjoyed a brilliant second day in Rome, packed with visits to some of the city's most famous and significant landmarks.
Highlights included the Vatican, Sistine Chapel, St Peter's Basilica, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo and Santa Maria sopra Minerva, the resting place of St Catherine of Siena. The visits provided a wonderful opportunity to explore the rich history, culture and faith at the heart of Rome.
Students and staff also had the unique opportunity to catch up with CNN Vatican correspondent Chris Lamb, gaining an interesting insight into life in and around the Vatican.
The excitement continued with a pizza-making workshop in the heart of Rome, where students were able to learn new skills and experience authentic Italian cuisine. To round off another fantastic day, the group headed to the famous Trevi Fountain for a well-deserved ice cream.
What an incredible day of learning, discovery and fun! We look forward to sharing more updates as the adventure continues.
