Summer 2025 Exam Certificates will be available to collect from the school Main Reception each weekday between 10am-4pm during term time with immediate effect.
It is extremely important you make every effort to attend at this time as you will require your certificates either to complete your university application or to show future employers as evidence that you have passed your qualifications. Awarding bodies request schools to destroy certificates that are not collected within twelve months and therefore failure to collect now may result in an unnecessary cost (approximately £50 per certificate) and inconvenience for you in the future.
The certificates should be collected personally, however if you are unable to attend you can complete the slip below to authorise a family member/friend to collect them on your behalf. The authorised person must bring the completed slip and identification with them when they collect your certificates. If you are a Y13 leaver and currently studying at University then please email hcrowe@ems.bhcet.org.uk with the name of the person and relationship to you in order for them to be permitted to collect your certificates on your behalf.
