Dear Parents and Carers,

We are excited to inform you that on Thursday, 20th February all Key Stage 3 students (Years 7–9) will participate in a special Virtues Drop-Down Morning, focusing on two key themes: Respect and Tolerance.

During Periods 1 and 2, students will take part in dedicated lessons designed to explore and reflect on the importance of these values. These sessions will be delivered by our teachers and will encourage students to engage in meaningful discussions and reflective activities.

The lessons aim to help students better understand the significance of respect in their relationships with peers, teachers, and the wider community, as well as the importance of tolerance in embracing and celebrating diversity. We hope that these sessions will provide an opportunity for our students to develop their character and understand how to contribute positively to our school environment.

As always, we appreciate your continued support in fostering these values at home and encourage you to discuss these topics with your child to reinforce their learning.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Yours sincerely,
Mr. A. Gray
Assistant Headteacher
